Speaker: Bobbi Kornblit, IWA Member & Author
The award-winning author will reveal the “reel” story about Hollywood stars,
studios and scandals in her second novel, Red Carpet Rivals. The work of
fiction was inspired by Kornblit’s appearances on numerous red carpets in Los
Angeles with her late husband, a leading movie studio executive, before the
couple moved to Atlanta in 1994. The action features a cast of characters
who jockey to the top of movie industry amid the chaos and glamour of
domestic and international film festivals. RCR won the Best Novel Beverly
Hills Book Award and the Pinnacle Book Achievement Award.
Kornblit holds an M.A. in Professional Writing from Kennesaw State
University. She frequently appears at literary festivals and book clubs. She
teaches business grammar workshops at Emory Continuing Education.
