The International Consular Ball (ICB) is Atlanta’s longest-running international black-tie tradition and premier diplomatic event honoring the Consular Corps in Georgia.

The 39th Annual International Consular Ball is chaired by Vanessa Ibarra, Director of the Mayor’s Office of International Affairs & Trade, City of Atlanta, and the theme, Lights Camera Action: Atlanta Showtime, celebrates Atlanta’s prominence in film and entertainment.
